Hello! My name is Albert, and I'm a dog trainer based in Oakland, California. With eight years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering clear communication and engagement between dogs and their owners. I'm an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator and have received training from the Micheal Ellis School for Dog Trainers. I'm passionate about helping dogs become balanced family members.

When I'm not training, I love taking my two canine companions on hikes in the dog-friendly hills of the East Bay. I also help teams succeed in Scentwork and Barn Hunt, and teach beginning obedience at the Oakland Dog Training Club.

My mission is to help reactive dogs find emotional stability and to encourage owners to enjoy their time with their loyal companions. I believe that good dogs are naturally sociable, eager to learn, reliable on the trail, and cherished members of our families. Let's embark on this dog-loving journey together!

About Me

Having other dog trainers as friends benefit handlers and their dogs in several ways. Each trainer brings a unique perspective and set of skills that can complement and enhance a handler's approach.
